specially designed to function as both a compass and a protractor to
mark large circles (up to 84") and radiating lines. Attaches to any "pinnable"
surface and can be used to mark for both piecing and quilting. It is
excellent for drafting Mariners Compass blocks or any pattern that needs
to be divided into 16ths, 32nds or more.
