Both authors have written other books and articles and curated exhibits featuring antique textiles. In general, age, pattern, style, size, fabrics, colours, construction techniques, workmanship, and current lack of availability were the criteria used in valuing the various articles in this guide. Nearly all of the items illustrated and valued were purchased by the authors.

Price:$55-00 The second of two hard cover books which has 254 pages! The same format as book 1 has been used. You will see the same types of buttons, but no exact duplication. Differences found between the two books are a larger studio button sections, more paperweights, and a few pages on newly manufactured buttons. The additional text will be well worth it!
